Dr. Matthew Price is an accomplished research scientist, technologist, & award-winning creative with 20+ years of experience spanning interactive media, market research, & consulting. He holds a master's & PhD in Media Psychology & Behavioral Neuroscience, & a dual BA in Media Arts & Philosophy of Science, Technology, & Society. He is a traveled speaker & a recognized leader in XR & spatial computing. Dr. Price is currently a Manager in the Responsible Metaverse practice at Accenture & a Fellow with the World Economic Forum. Prior to joining Accenture, he was the VP of Engineering at Double A Labs, a VP of Engineering R&D at Nielsen & the Senior Innovation Scientist at BlueCross BlueShield. As the founder of RealityScience he works with Fortune 100s like GE, AT&T, Meta, Coca-Cola, FritoLay, T-Mobile, as well as mentoring startup companies in the Emerging Technology sector. Outside of work Matt advocates for education & is an avid gamer, movie buff, & college football fanatic.
