Hack Schedule:
9-10am: Breakfast + Team Formation
10-11am: Opening remarks, rules, & fireside chat with Gabe from Anthropic & Alex from Stainless
11am-5pm: Hacking
5-6pm: Group presentations + Judging
6-9pm: Happy Hour with NYC tech community (Top 3 teams present)
