Ankur Jain is the Founder & CEO of Bilt Rewards- the nation's largest residential payments & neighborhood loyalty program. The program is the first of its kind to allow renters to earn points on rent payments & rewards on spend at local neighborhood businesses-all while helping build a path to homeownership.
Bilt was developed in partnership with an alliance of the nation's largest real estate owners & operators, representing over 4.5 million homes across the United States. Jain is also the Founder of Kairos, a venture studio building companies to tackle the world's greatest challenges. Over the years, Kairos has helped launch & grow over $6.5 billion worth of companies tackling problems in healthcare, housing costs, transportation networks, & more.
Before rejoining Kairos in May 2017, Jain was the Head of Product at Tinder, the world's largest social network for meeting people. He joined Tinder after it acquired his previous company, Humin, where he served as Founder & CEO.
Jain currently serves on the innovation board of the X-Prize Foundation, & graduated from the Wharton School of Business in May 2011.
