Join an intimate group of changemakers as we explore the ins-and-outs of Purpose & People from a variety of perspectives to empower you to infuse more purpose into the culture of your organization. You will walk away from every event with a better understanding of what makes people working in an organization tick & how you can leverage that to give people more purpose. Not every event will be directly relevant to what you do, but every event will be valuable in giving you a holistic perspective on Purpose & People in the workplace.
THIS PANEL: How do purpose & culture scale?
We have 3 panelists from 3 fast-growing, venture-backed startups with 70-100 people. This is a pivotal moment in the development of an organization, & these badasses will talk us through what they've seen, what they've done, what they'd do differently, & what they'd do if they were in your shoes.

6:30pm: Meet people & enjoy some food&drinks (provided by our host, Fueled)
7:15pm: The fireside chat/panel begins (details on format below)
8:45pm: Get back to networking with your fellow changemakers!
9:30pm: You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here!
Format:Highly interactive. We don't know about you, but we've been to (and run) enough boring panel events. We want to make sure you get as much tangible value from this as possible, so we're going to draw relevant stories from the audience & engage our panelists in discussing tangible things that the people in attendance are going through.
Price: We're trying out something different. We don't just want you to come to an event of ours here & there, we want you to come to EVERY event of ours. Tickets are $20, but at every event, we'll be announcing a 50% discount code so you can come to the next event for $10. If you're coming to your 3rd event in a row, email me for a special 75% discount code so your ticket will be $5. If you're coming to your 4th event in a row, you're getting in for free. If you're coming to your 5th event in a row, you can bring a friend for free.
