This program will be held at the NYSE. Attendees are asked to arrive promptly at 7:15 AM to allow time to pass through the security checkpoints before heading to the program.
Our program includes a visit to the trading floor of the NYSE for the opening bell at 9:30 AM. After the bell, attendees will have an opportunity to take photos on the trading floor of the NYSE & have additional time at 10:00 AM for further Q&A & networking.

About Our Speakers
Andrew Hoag, CEO, Teampay
Builder of products, teams & companies. Based in New York, with networks in Silicon Valley, Berlin & London.
I am an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys creating things from scratch, but also have led product lines with $60MM+ in revenue & still can write a line of code once in a while. Currently the founder at Team Labs
I've consulted with companies in Germany on marketing, fundraising, digital strategy, & product roadmap. Clients have included corporates like Axel Springer & EON, & startups like riskmethods, Resolution Foundry, Startup Institute & Qwant.
Previously, I founded urbantag in 2011 to tackle the trillion-dollar online-to-offline commerce market. Urbantag was born out of innovation at Black Drumm, where we won an fbFund award & launched several products enabling marketers to reach more customers through social media & word-of-mouth channels. Urbantag (ne Black Drumm) exited in October 2012, acquired by Tagged.
Immediately prior to this, I co-founded two startups as CTO & COO, & have been an angel investor & advisor to several others, helping them raise venture capital & with product strategy. Before that, I held management roles in customer engineering, product management, internationalization, business development & marketing at VeriSign. I started my career working for the National Science Foundation Internet before connecting & building supercomputers for NASA.
Terry Schmid, CFO, Apttus
Terry Schmid oversees Apttus' entire financial & legal operation. He has a strong reputation in the financial community & extensive experience scaling high-growth technology firms, particularly as they transition from private to public companies. Terry also plays a key role with Apttus' product development teams, providing input as a finance & legal practitioner to help the company innovate its industry-leading Middle Office solutions.
Prior to joining Apttus, Terry helped multiple companies go public. He served as CFO for Imperva, guiding the security company through a successful IPO in 2011. He was CFO at Core metrics, where he helped grow the business & facilitated the company's acquisition by IBM. Earlier in his career Terry held CFO positions at several other private & public technology companies.
Schmid holds a MBA in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
Carlos R. Vega, CEO, Tesorio
Carlos is Co-Founder & CEO at Tesorio. Previously, he spent a decade working in finance in various roles. His experience includes investment banking with Lazard in Latin America, co-founding a factoring company & working for the CFO of GM's pension fund. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA from the Wharton School & a BA in Economics from the College of Arts & Sciences.
