Gabrielle is also lead lawyer on efforts enabling business transformation from location to workforce readiness. Externally, she is a governing officer of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section, ABA House of Delegates delegate; Commissioner to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession; & Co-Chair of the ABA Section AI Task Force. Gabrielle co-hosts the Lifting Up podcast, & is a frequent speaker & writer on competition, technology, compliance, business, sustainability, transformation, & diversity issues.
With almost a decade of experience advising on risk & regulatory issues, including trust & safety, taxation,public policy, & regulatory compliance, Carly empowers business teams by identifying & managing legal & regulatory risks associated with user safety, content moderation, & platform integrity, helping todesign policies & operational frameworks that comply with laws,while allowing the business to scale responsibly. This includes advising on consumer protection & user rights, platform liability, safety & crisis response. With a background in civil litigation & a strong commitment to pro bono & nonprofit work, Carly brings both legal expertise & a human-centered approach to platform governance.
