After you book, you send us one line: the problem you're bringing. By the time you arrive it's already on the board with everyone else's. The room votes, the top problems get the tables - five people, twenty-five minutes each, one problem at a time.
Two minutes to explain it. Three minutes of questions only. Eight minutes while the table works on it out loud & you turn your chair around & take notes - you don't defend, you don't explain, you write. Two minutes for what you're taking away.
Halfway through there's a second vote, so the problems that didn't make the first round get their turn. By the end you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with eight to ten people. That's a filter no profile gives you.
