Fran is a distinguished Director of Enterprise Support within TechOps, based in NYC. With a proven track record of success, Fran brings extensive experience in enterprise support & leadership to the table. Her ability to navigate complex challenges & deliver results has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor & thought leader at Flatiron.

Fran is thrilled to be part of the TL Networking Event & is looking forward to meeting & interacting with people she hasn't had the privilege of working with directly. Her passion for connecting with others & sharing insights is matched only by her dedication to personal wellness & balance.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Fran is also a certified spiritual/wellness coach & yoga instructor. Her commitment to holistic wellness extends beyond the workplace, & she's always willing to share her expertise & provide guidance. John Ziegler | Software Engineering Manager

John is an accomplished Engineering Manager in the Evidence Commercial Products organization at Flatiron. John is responsible for leading the teams that build out Flatiron's Enhanced Datamarks & Clinical Genomics data products. With his extensive experience in engineering & management, he brings a wealth of knowledge & insights to the organization.

John is particularly interested in learning strategies for mentoring early career engineers through uncertainty, & how to balance getting things done versus giving team members the space to learn & grow. His passion for mentorship & guidance has been instrumental in the success of many of his team members.

In addition to his role in Commercial Products, John is also a co-lead of the Next Generation ERG, an employee resource group focused on supporting working parents at Flatiron. Through his dedication & leadership, he has helped many parents navigate the challenges of balancing work & family life.
