Longevity Global & AgeTech are teaming up to bring together people interested in extending healthspan through a guided breathwork & contrast therapy session, followed by time to connect & decompress.
Whether you're building in the space or simply curious about evidence-based approaches to living better longer, this is an opportunity to try something different & have real conversations in a relaxed setting.
About Othership: Sauna + ice bath studio offering 75-minute Free Flow sessions & guided experiences. We only ask that you bring a bathing suit. Onsite we provide lockers, cups for water & tea, towels & shower amenities.
