Join Ellevate for our Inclusive Managers & Leading With Empathy Series Capstone, the final discussion about the Inclusive Workplaces event series & the next steps we all can take.
Creating a more inclusive work environment takes more than utilizing diversity & inclusion as a surface-level table topic. It requires a true deep dive into the subject, an ability to get uncomfortable, & the willingness to show up for those far different from ourselves.
It's time to celebrate & reflect on the progress we have collectively made towards a more inclusive work environment. This capstone discussion will focus on the culmination of all our hard work in becoming more empathetic & set us up to succeed in maintaining inclusivity in the workplace.
More details to come.
