What is Business Dads?
Business Dads is a curated community for fathers with young children (under 5) who are building ambitious careers in the middle of beautiful chaos.
Our lives are loud. Sleep is optional. Childcare is expensive-especially in NYC. Most days feel like a sprint that starts before sunrise & ends well after bedtime.
And yet.
We're founders, executives, investors, operators, & sales leaders who are deeply committed to building meaningful businesses & being present dads. That shared reality, short on sleep, short on time, but long on ambition, is what makes Business Dads special.
This is a room for men who want to grow professionally, support one another practically, & model what purposeful work looks like for the little humans watching us every day (even when they're screaming at 3am).
