He has nearly 20 years' experience in talent acquisition & is responsible forglobal business development, account management, & marketing. He also manages & mentors a team of researchers & recruiters focused on job placement for over 100 cleantech & renewable energy companies worldwide.
William began his recruiting career in 1994 while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, & later joined J. Patrick & Associates in New York as a Managing Partner. He is recognized as an industry expert on hiring trends within clean energy & is an accomplished author & public speaker on the topic.
