Come see the freshest Climate Tech demos in New York, this time with a focus on Adaptation Tech & Special Guest Q&A with NYC Chief Climate Officer.
As temperatures in 2024 hit record highs of 1.29C above the 20th-century average & climate-driven extreme weather disasters increase, the world desperately needs climate adaptation technology. Climate disasters caused ~$450B+ in damages in 2024, & are growing at an accelerated pace already in 2025. Alongside homeowner damages, The World Economic Forum estimates that $4 trillion in corporate assets alone will be at risk in the next 5 years.
Adaptation has historically received only 7% of climate finance, but those numbers are increasingly expected to change, as corporates, financial institutions, insurers, & others build resilience into assets, cities, & homes in the coming years
This special edition of the quarterly Climate Tech Demo Night series will feature:
