In 2015, Jay joined Artisan Partners as a Managing Director & Business Leader for the nascent credit team. Jays career began as an investor in distressed debt & restructurings at Intermarket Corporation. Prior to Spectrum, Ronan was responsible for Capital Partnering at General Atlantic, & previously served as Head of Private Equity at the Irish National Pensions Reserve Fund & as a Partner at Adams Street Partners. Ronan holds an MBA from INSEAD & Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.nCian Cotter, MD, Insight Partners.nCian Cotter is a Managing Director at Insight Partners. Cian joined Insight in 2003, & has over 25 years of experience in the software industry as both an investor & operator. Cian leads capital formation for Insight. Under his leadership, Insights AUM has expanded from $1.9 billion in 2005 to over $94 billion today.nAs an investor, Cian focuses on financial technology & capital markets, & has previously represented Insight on the boards of current & former Insight portfolio companies including Fenergo, Nymbus, Mediaspectrum & Studio Moderna.
