EVENT DETAILS
The Giving Block & GoodQues discuss how to identify opportunities in crypto, & what they mean for fundraisers & inventive thinkers
About this event
Innovation in cryptocurrency has been driven by profit, & not always by unlocking the good in humanity - but the potential for more purposeful innovation is there. The cryptocurrency market climbed by about $1.5 trillion in 2021 to a total market size of $2.3 trillion. The space has been in a constant state of evolution, with dominant coins like Bitcoin falling from 70% market share to barely 40% market share in just a year. We know these indicators of financial impact, but how do they connect to social impact? Where is this wild rollercoaster taking us as a society - & how do we build for opportunities rooted in humanity?

As cryptocurrency continues to evolve, so does the opportunity it presents. Join The Giving Block (designed for cryptocurrency flowing toward charitable causes) & GoodQues (a research company built to make businesses more empathetic) in discussing how to identify these opportunities, & what they mean for fundraisers & inventive thinkers.

SPEAKERS:

Ben Pousty, Chief Operating Officer, The Giving Block
Holland Martin, Co-Founder & Chief Insights Officer from GoodQues
Kailee Scales, CEO, Pencils of Promise
MODERATOR:

Maria Vorovich, Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer, GoodQues
