**NOTE: This month's Cornell Tech @ Bloomberg event will be hosted at Bloomberg's 120 Park Avenue office. Please check the WHEN & WHERE section below for details.**
Bloomberg, Cornell Tech, & Tech:NYC invite you to join the latest installment of the Cornell Tech @ Bloomberg Speaker Series, featuring David Ulevitch, General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), in conversation with Caroline Hyde, host of Bloomberg Television's flagship daily technology show.
David Ulevitch leads Andreessen Horowitz's American Dynamism practice, where he & his team invest in companies that support the national interest. American Dynamism spans a wide range of industries & invests in founders working to solve critical problems for the country in areas such as aerospace, security & defense, housing, & education. Prior to joining Andreessen Horowitz, Ulevitch founded & scaled OpenDNS (acquired by Cisco) & served as a senior executive at Cisco Security.
This discussion will offer a glimpse into the mind of one of the tech community's most dynamic leaders. Ulevitch will share the priorities of a16z's American Dynamism fund, the impact of this approach, what he looks for in founders & startups, & how his experience as a founder informs his work as an investor. Expect thought-provoking insights on the intersection of technology, policy, & entrepreneurship.
We invite you to register for this exciting conversation, which will examine how innovative tech solutions can address real-world challenges, the art of scaling transformative companies, & how to thrive at the nexus of the public & private sectors.
