1. Josh Futterman - Managing General Partner at Papa Bear Ventures
Josh Futterman is the Managing General Partner of Papa Bear Ventures, a vertical agnostic, tech-focused pre & early seed venture fund based in New York City. A 5x funded founder with multiple exits, Josh has launched B-to-B, B-to-C, & B-to-B-to-C companies in New York, Los Angeles, & Singapore.
In addition to founding & running companies himself, Josh has served as strategic mentor & advisor to more than 200 other founders in all aspects of business creation & growth, including strategic planning, building & guiding effective teams, marketing & branding, product management, new business development, new venture ideation, financial modeling, & fundraising. He has been the Principal Mentor for Techstars Connection Accelerator in New York, Senior Mentor for JFDI Accelerator in Singapore, Head Venture Coach for the National University of Singapore Overseas College NYC Program, & on the Advisory Board for Entrepreneur Futures Network in the Bay Area.
Josh holds a BA from Cornell University, an MBA in both finance & marketing from NYU Stern School of Business, a JD in Law from Fordham University, & a Masters in Global Business Law (LLM) from NYU Law School's NYU@NUS (Singapore) program. With his global experience & clear-eyed advice, he is adept at helping founders avoid mistakes, ask the right questions, & understand the true drivers of their business.

3. Jillian Cohn - Investor at Mouro Capital
Jillian is an investor at Mouro Capital where she focuses on early & growth stage investments in fintechs across the US & Latin America. Prior to joining Mouro, she worked as a fintech investor at Santander InnoVentures. She also has experience in impact investing both at Goldman Sachs & at the International Finance Corporation, the private investment arm of The World Bank. She started her career in investment banking at a boutique M&A advisory firm. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School & a BA & BS from University of Pennsylvania & The Wharton School.
