Join us to celebrate the launch of Design Harder by Erik Carter - with a panel discussing the present & future of graphic design featuring Erik Carter, Aryn Beitz, & AUTHENTIC (Christina Janus & Desmond Wong). Moderated by Erik Freer.
As the graphic design field faces new cultural & ethical challenges, Design Harder offers a timely response. Written by Erik Carter, an influential voice whose work bridges commercial design & critical discourse, the book invites readers to imagine a more sustainable & equitable artistic practice while offering the tools to reform the industry for the better.

Join us for a talk & book launch celebrating Erik Carter's Design Harder, published by Book Ideas. The evening will include a panel discussion on the present & future of graphic design. Through conversation & dialogue, Erik Carter, Aryn Beitz, & Christina Janus & Desmond Wong (AUTHENTIC) will reflect on the ideas in Design Harder & interrogate how design might respond to cultural & ethical challenges in our moment. Moderated by designer & thinker Erik Freer, the discussion aims to generate new pathways for what design could be.
