LIFT Labs helps elevate startups through programming, mentorship from Comcast NBCUniversal leaders & partners, & educational resources designed to help entrepreneurs launch & grow their businesses.

Female Founders & Funders Overview:

Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs partners with women leaders in tech & investment to host Female Founders & Funders, a monthly meet-up connecting women entrepreneurs with investors & each other for mentorship, learning, & informal conversations about building a business. Each month we alternate between learning content (fireside chats, workshops, etc.) & investor office hours/networking with fellow founders.

Sarah Kunst - Cleo Capital (Managing Director)

Sarah Kunst, managing director of Cleo Capital, is an investor & entrepreneur who has worked at Apple, Red Bull, Chanel & Mohr Davidow Ventures. She founded LA Dodgers backed Proday & was a senior advisor at Bumble where she focused on their corporate VC arm Bumble Fund. She is also a contributing editor at Marie Claire Magazine. She is on the board of the Michigan State University Foundation endowment.

Anu Duggal - Female Founders Fund (Founding Partner)

Anu Duggal is the founding partner of Female Founders Fund, the first early-stage fund for female founders. She launched Female Founders Fund in 2014 to start a movement to diversify venture capital & direct more dollars to female founders.

Susan Lyne - BBG Ventures (Co-Founder + Managing Partner)

Susan Lyne is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of BBG Ventures, an NYC-based, early-stage fund she founded with Nisha Dua in 2014. BBGV leads investments in companies built by underestimated founders that are transforming the collective or lived experience of the 99% in the areas of Health & Wellbeing; The Future of Education & Work; Climate-Friendly Products & Platforms; & Overlooked Consumers. At BBGV. Susan has invested in over 70 women-led start-ups.

Pam Kostka - All Raise (CEO)

Pam is the CEO of All Raise, a startup nonprofit on a mission to accelerate the success of female founders & funders to build a more prosperous, equitable future. Pam is a seasoned CEO with over 25 years of experience as a startup operator. Her specialties are defining go-to-market strategies & implementing operational processes that allow startups to effectively scale to successful exits.

Danielle Cohn - Comcast NBCUniversal (VP, Startup Engagement/Head of LIFT Labs)

Danielle & her team help revolutionary startups navigate the internal & external network of one of the fastest growing technology, media & innovation companies in the world. Envisioned through the eyes of 1500+ entrepreneurs around the globe, their programs engage companies in priority focus areas to bring new technologies, products & methods to Comcast NBCUniversal teams & customers.

Jennifer Neundorfer - January Ventures (Co-Founder + General Partner)

Jennifer Neundorfer is an operator turned investor who has been investing in early stage startups for the last decade. She believes the next decade's unicorns will be founded by a different, increasingly female & increasingly diverse, set of entrepreneurs & she co-founded January Ventures to be the fund of choice for these founders at the early stage. Previously, Jennifer was a Partner & Co-Founder of Flashstarts, an early stage startup accelerator & micro-VC fund focused on software startups in the Midwest.

Laura Chau - Canaan (Partner)

Laura thinks about startups not just as businesses, but as carefully crafted works of art. As a Partner at Canaan, she focuses on consumer technology. She previously worked in Deloitte's Strategy & Operations practice. She has also worked in sales & marketing functions within Kabam (acq. by Netmarble), Branch Metrics & Greenhouse, as well as working closely with Marie Kondo to launch the author's product business.

Lori Cashman - Victress Capital (Managing Partner)

Lori Cashman is a co-founder & General Partner of Victress Capital, an early stage venture firm backing gender diverse teams in the consumer space. She & the Victress team have backed successful, high growth companies including Summersalt, Daily Harvest, Rae Wellness & Alyce. Lori is on the Board of Rae Wellness & serves as a Board Observer for Standard Dose & edN.

Brynn Putnam - MIRROR (Founder + CEO)

Brynn Putnam is founder & CEO of MIRROR, the revolutionary nearly invisible home gym launched in 2018 & acquired in July for $500 million by lululemon, representing its first acquisition. Brynn's journey as a solo female founder who challenged the status quo is an inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs. MIRROR has been named Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies & one of TIME's Best Inventions, among others. The platform has hosted more than 4 million sweats & counts more than 100,000 Members.

Kevin Thau - Spark Capital (General Partner)

Kevin is a general partner at Spark Capital, where he leads investments in early-stage technology companies. Since joining the firm in 2015, Kevin has led investments in numerous breakout companies, including Cameo, CTRL Labs, Mirror, & ReMarkable. Prior to Spark, Kevin spent 20 years in leadership roles at some of the world's fastest-growing technology companies.
