I don't know if you noticed, but it's getting a little crazy out there.nStakeholders assume that if they can vibe code a feature in an hour, your team can make it production ready in a daynIf you leverage LLMs as part of your applications, you just got a whole new set of infra to manage & your solution went from deterministic to probabilistic - hope you nailed the evals :)nYour team doesn't know if their jobs will be replaced or simply transformed by code gen agents - but they know something is up & not all of them are excited about it.nYou don't know exactly what the future of your role is - but you know it's probably going to change & don't really have the time to play with all the tools that'd probably make you 3x more efficient.nThere is no expert in this topic - we're all figuring it out together. But I can think of nobody more interesting to discuss this with than Paul Barnes-Hoggett. His career has spanned both Startups (Alice Financial, Daylight) & larger enterprises (Cash App, Adobe), holding senior technical & leadership roles.nAfter the fireside chat, we'll break out into topics focused groups to come up with actionable insights to better lead our teams & manage our stakeholders.nThe event runs from 6.30pm - 9.30pm at 28th & Park. We kick off with food & drink followed by the interview at 7pm, breakouts around 7.45pm & then an opportunity to keep conversing with your peers from 8.20 - 9.30pm.nWere keeping this one fairly intimate, so if youd like to attend, apply ASAP!
