Ben Porter will talk about Microsoft's Quantum effort.

Ben Porter is Director of Business Development for Microsofts quantum computing group. He is a seasoned business development & strategy executive with a long track record of structuring & negotiating high-impact partnerships. With over 15 years of experience innovating at the intersection of hardware, software & services, Ben has a passion for commercializing emerging tech & launching new businesses.

Prior to working with Microsofts quantum computing group he designed strategy & new business models for the original HoloLens & other mixed reality products & services. Earlier in his career, Ben was a key member of the team that developed & launched the interactive entertainment platform on Xbox. He holds a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University & a masters degree from New York University.
