Scott Kaufman-Ross role at the NBA touches various business areas, including overseeing the league's commercial endeavors in the sports betting, fantasy sports & data distribution landscape, leading the NBA's Strategic Initiatives Group & is deeply involved in the league's media business. Most recently, he was instrumental in negotiating the league's 11-year media rights agreement with Disney, Amazon, & NBCUniversal in 2024 & is now focused on reshaping its local media distribution strategy. Prior to joining the NBA, Scott spent four years at Goldman Sachs in the Global Investment Research division.

Rob Shaw is the chief revenue officer of the Chicago Sports Network (CHSN), where he leads the sales, strategy, research, product, & digital media teams.

Prior to launching CHSN, Rob was the founder & CEO of Sports Media Innovation Group, where he consulted with sports media & technology companies on how to adapt to a quickly evolving media landscape.

Mark Silverman serves as president & COO of Fox Sports. In this role, he oversees all aspects of live event & studio programming, production, marketing, & digital for Fox, FS1, & FS2, driving the strategic direction that positions Fox Sports as a premier sports network. He joined the company in 2018 as president, national networks, & was promoted to his current position in January 2022.
