Food Tank & the Sprouts Healthy Communities Foundation invite you to an intimate afternoon exploring the power of nutrition to transform health across all stages of life.

This private, invite-only Climate Week event brings together leading voices in food, public health, & community development to examine how access to nutritious food can improve health outcomes, reduce medical costs, & strengthen communities. From adolescence through adulthood, we'll discuss how a food-forward healthcare model can offer hope & healing across generations.
