In 2021 Nexthink became one of Switzerland's tech unicorns (a startup valued at more than 1 billion dollars), with a presence in 11 countries & nearly 1000 employees. Nexthink is a leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) software, giving companies unparalleled visibility into how their employees interact with their IT through issue detection, diagnosis & remediation.
Laurent Balmelli - CEO & co-founder of Strong Codes (acquired by Snapchat in 2016) & Strong Network

Laurent Balmelli launched Strong Codes in 2014 to develop integrated innovative software protection methods, such as obfuscation, in one the most powerful compilation frameworks of the moment (LLVM). The technology made software piracy much more expensive & complicated. Balmelli successfully sold his business to Snapchat in 2016 & became the Director of Snap Switzerland's Cybersecurity Technologies.
