Topic Focus: User Experience Design & Strategy
Make your users the heroes of their own customer journeys. Learn how storytelling, user testing & design brings you closer to your users to understand their needs, goals & pain points. How does your service or product fit into their life? What does it help them accomplish? Together we'll use interactive brainstorming & design thinking techniques to uncover insights & ideate on solutions to complex challenges. We'll also explore common approaches to the UX design process such as experience mapping, personas & flows. We'll learn how to design for the end-to-end user experience to create exceptional digital product experiences & lasting customer relationships.
