At Healthee, he focuses on making it easier for employees to navigate unexpected medical events, manage costs, & make informed decisions. His work reflects a practical, human-centered approach to modernizing the benefits experience, driven by both data & care.
Raul Cepin, Founder @ Nissy Labs/ Director of Product Management, AI @ Wiley
Raul Cepin is the Director of AI Product Management at Wiley, the world's largest independent academic publisher. He leads global AI strategy, transforming over 5% of the world's academic research into machine-readable assets for large-scale applications in research & industry.
Raul has built enterprise-grade AI systems, including RAG pipelines, custom LLM workflows, & autonomous agents for extracting insights from scholarly content. He also designs human-in-the-loop evaluation processes that blend truth validation & synthetic data to benchmark proprietary retrieval systems.
Outside of Wiley, Raul founded & leads Nissy Labs, a research & education initiative that democratizes access to AI tools for underrepresented communities through workshops, creative projects, & consulting.
