Calling all female founders, leaders, investors, & other allies in NYC! (men are welcome) Make new friends with likeminds in the tech ecosystem, exchange ideas & knowledge, & learn from Jenny Fielding, Co-Founder & Managing Partner of The Fund, during an intimate fireside chat (see her bio below).
Fireside chat: We will cover topics such as what Jenny looks for when investing in companies, identifying great founders, trends she's seeing in the NYC tech ecosystem & beyond, how she spotted unicorn investments, & her experiences across everything from investing at Techstars to becoming a female founder of her own fund! There'll be time for open Q&A as well.
More about Jenny (h/t Pitchbook): Jenny Fielding serves as Co-Founder & Managing Partner at The Fund. She was previously Managing Director at Techstars, where she led both the Fintech & IoT Accelerators in NYC. Prior to joining Techstars, she headed up corporate venture & digital innovation at BBC Worldwide where she made strategic investments & led business development deals. She has also started several companies, most notably Switch-Mobile, a mobile VoIP company that was acquired. She began her career as a lawyer.
