Google began because Sergey Brin happened to be assigned to show Larry Page around Stanford. Ben & Jerry met because they were the two slowest kids in gym class. Bill Gates nearly skipped the gathering where he met Warren Buffett because Warren was "just some guy who picks stocks", but his mother convinced him to still go, & they ended up speaking for hours.
That kind of serendipity is what we want to create.
