This special NYVR "Art in VR" event will feature the top XR artists of the NYC community.
1) Carrie Able
Carrie Able is a New York-based visual artist, musician, and XR Artist (virtual and augmented reality). Able has made her name as a pioneer in XR Art as a multidisciplinary artist who breaks genres within the field of art.
2) Whitt Sellers/Jon Cohen
Circuit Solarium is the joint artistic project of XR Creative Technologist Whitt Sellers and Technologist, Musician, and Interaction Designer Jon Cohen. It is an interactive stage and play space, one whose walls and lights become part of the performance, creating a window into another world for powerful moments of storytelling and wonder.
3) Alex Coulombe and Agile Lens
Golijov's La Pasin XR: a performance by Gateway Chamber Orchestra and Chorale
La Pasin XR" takes guests on an ephemeral, audio-reactive journey through the Gateway Chamber Orchestra's performance of Osvaldo Golijov's La Pasion segn San Marcos.
4) Bracey Smith
With his TREEHOUSE platform, Bracey will be showcasing bAi, rare, collectible AI entities with personalities that shape their interactions and creation capabilities. Each bAi is an intelligent and emotive companion offering a unique blend of emotional connection, artistic flair, and technological prowess.
5) David Lobser
David is a creator, developer, and producer of immersive, digital media. David has worked with leading brands and artists via his production studio, Object Normal. He also creates therapeutic media and VR applications and will be demoing some of his latest work in Generative AI.
6) Trish Gianakis
Trish Gianakis is an acclaimed immersive artist, professor, and art director with over 20 + years of experience in user experience/interface design. Her innovative artworks have gained national and international recognition, blending technology with physical sculptures to create captivating immersive experiences.
7) Will Roberts -
Come explore the Volla Tribe: Artifacts, Athletes and Time." Explore the untold history of the Volla Tribe. Birthed in the Metaverse, peaceful but masters in the art of bending.
8) Michael Katz
Michael has been a BlogSquad columnist at rAVe [PUBS] for over three years. He recently joined Corporate Power, Inc. as Director of Client Success to focus on supporting clients by providing different types of technology solutions. He will have the Proto M - Proto Hologram available at the NYVR show to show various types of digital media.
9) Darcy Gerbarg and Gene Miller - Gerbarg creates abstract painting in a 3DVR world, creating AR and VR Artworks and Interactive, Immersive Environments as well as work on canvas, paper, and ceramics.
10) Ean Mering, MR Nexus -
Get ready to experience the Nexus of mixed reality. Join us for an awe-inspiring presentation by Ean Mering, the founder and CEO of MR Nexus. Using the Meta Quest 3, Ean will showcase a range of mixed-reality experiences that will delight your senses.

The Melting Trees explores how the process of AI image generation can become a tool for Expressive Arts Professionals' self-care toolbox - For self-reflection after workshops, coaching sessions, or collaborative events.

14) Sky Rolnick
Sky is an expert in interactive and immersive technologies, software engineering, and game design. He will be sharing a new XR art project called "Enhanced Poetry". This project involves capturing spoken word artists reading their poetry with volumetric video.
15) Brennan McTernan
Brennan will be presenting the Dall-e VR demo from the Glimpse Group that features an AI art gallery agent willing to create and display any image you can dream of.
