Join this Immersion Day to learn more about AWS Control Tower & why a multi-account environment is important for your Startup. If you recently began your journey with AWS or are looking for AWS recommended best practices in a secure multi-account environment, AWS Control Tower will help you get started quickly with a focus on governance & agility.

This event does require your own AWS account & we ask customers to conduct these Workshop Prerequisites prior to the event. Also, all of the work conducted alongside our instructors should be done in a test (sandbox) environment.
Agenda
Customers will learn the value proposition of AWS Control Tower for a Startup & then receive training through instructor led demo's on how to use AWS Control Tower once a landing zone is created.

Section 3 - Practice with AWS Control Tower
a. Introduction to AWS Control Tower [Demo/Lab]
This demo will include:
Create an Organizational Unit (OU) & enable a control using the AWS Control Tower dashboard.
Launch a new AWS Account using Account Factory as an AWS Control Tower Admin.
Log into that new AWS Account, create an S3 bucket with versioning disabled & then investigate the noncompliant resources violation that is captured by AWS Control Tower.
b. Enrolling Existing Accounts [Demo/Lab]
This demo will show customers how to enroll an existing account that was previously created outside of AWS Control Tower.
c. Additional Controls [Demo/Lab]
This demo will show customers how to increase the governance & security of their multi-account environment through the use of controls.
d. Conclusion & Next Steps [Presentation]
