About our Guest: Tracy Chadwell is the Founding Partner of 1843 Capital, a venture capital fund focused on early stage technology companies. Particular areas of interest: Cybersecurity, Enterprise & Silver Tech.
Tracy is an attorney & investor. She is a leader & a sought after speaker within the community of women founders, innovators & entrepreneurs, including recently giving testimony before a U.S. Senate Committee. She has been a speaker for the Nantucket Project, MIT & TEDx NYIT. Formerly, she was a partner of a growth capital venture capital fund - Baker Capital & a VP at Robertson Stephens. She is a current Board Member of Marstone & Board Observer to Finn AI. Passionate about service, she proudly serves on the Advisory Boards of both the New York Institute of Technology & the MIT Enterprise Forum, is an Executive Advisor for the Echoing Green Foundation, a Mentor for Monarq & Steering Committee member of Women Owned Greenwich.
In 2018,Tracy received the Moffly Media Award for Women's Business Advocate.
