Join our panel of experts on Wednesday, December 6th as we discuss diversity & inclusion. The panel will discuss their personal experiences in driving diversity & inclusion initiatives, including identifying & attracting talent, retention strategies, facilitating cultural change & measuring ROI.

Kim Armor, Managing Director & CFO, Comcast Ventures
Kim has a knack for launching & scaling profitable businesses in new technologies & media. She oversees finance & strategic partnerships for Comcast Ventures, cultivating business development opportunities with Comcast NBCUniversal. Before Comcast Ventures, she was the CFO & SVP of Business Development for VERSUS, where she grew all business metrics, positioning the company for a merger with NBC Sports. She held leadership positions in finance at Disney, ESPN & ABC & worked for KPMG in its audit practice. Kim graduated from Penn State & received her MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. She serves on the boards of SheKnows, SnagFilms & CTI.
Nina Boone, Regional Growth Leader, Aon Greater NY
Nina Boone is Regional Growth Leader at Aon, a senior executive with a proven track record for growth in large, global healthcare & consulting organizations. With responsibility for 25 percent of the US Retail new business & leadership of the largest sales team in the industry, Nina is recognized for her skills in sales process & discipline, & impressive revenue generation. Nina joined Aon in 2011, initially as the sales leader for the benefits practice. With the movement of the benefit P&L into US Retail overall, Nina was promoted to Co-Lead the new business sales team for all of Greater New York, the largest region in the world for Aon. Nina has over three decades' experience in the medical & specialty arenas of health & benefits as a senior leader at Medco, CIGNA & various other health services companies.
Nina has recently been named US Board Chair for Aon's Diversity & Inclusion efforts. Nina is passionate about women's leadership & the positive effects great women leaders can have on revenues & engagement, both externally & internally at Aon. Nina's enthusiasm for empowering women at Aon led her to establish the Engaging Men to Empower Women mentoring program in August 2015, focusing on business acumen & career progress through cross-level business expertise, & highlights the value of gender diversity in the workplace. In her free time, Nina is a coach & mentor for women entrepreneurs & students in middle & high school through Springboard Enterprises & Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship. She is also a member of Women in the Boardroom, an organization that prepares women to serve on corporate boards. Most recently Nina holds a board position with Savvy Ladies, a non-profit organization providing financial education & resources for women to inspire them to plan for the future. She completed the Class of 2016-2017 International Women's Forum Fellowship, the leading women's executive development program in the world. Nina participated in the both the Harvard Women's Executive Leadership program & the INSEAD Women in International Business program.
Personally, Nina has developing an online CEU program targeted toward addiction counselors, with an emphasis on treating incarcerated & paroled populations -- a passion project in memory of her husband. She is also an entrepreneur, holding a patent & executing on the development of this product. Nina received a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
Beth Haggerty, Co-Founder & CEO, Parity Partners
Beth is a veteran digital media executive & serial entrepreneur who has managed & built global divisions & companies in the digital, television & e-commerce sectors. She has served as Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, & Chief Revenue Officer of companies that were acquired by several of the world's best-known brands, including The Walt Disney Company, AT&T Corporation, & Nielsen.
Prior to co-founding Parity Partners, Beth was CEO of WeAre8, a next-generation video platform for creators of content. Prior to WeAre8, she founded Ology, a social network that connected people with shared passions & interests. The company reached 25 million unique monthly users. Beth served as COO of IAG, an innovative cross-platform advertising measurement company that was acquired by Nielsen & operates as IAG/Nielsen today providing invaluable data & insight into their marketing performance.
Prior to IAG, Beth served as founding CEO of Live Advice, an expert social network where she built, managed, & sold the company in three years to Ingenio Corporation, & that combined company was acquired by AT&T Corporation.
Prior to IAG, Beth served as an officer & Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Business Development at Infoseek Corporation, which was acquired by the The Walt Disney Company. During her nearly four-year tenure, the company grew from $18 million to $185 million in revenue. Beth stayed at Disney & served as senior vice-president of worldwide sales for the company's digital properties, including Go, ESPN, ABC, ABCnews, & worked with several Disney Interactive properties.
Beth started her career in publishing at CMP Media, where she worked for over a decade. rising to publisher & head of CMPnet, the company's digital media group. Beth served on the first IAB Board & has been named both a Top 20 Interactive Executive & a Women To Watch by Advertising Age.
Neal Modi, SVP, Finance & Business Operations, Kargo
With a 1-minute elevator pitch in a 2-minute elevator ride with the CEO, Neal found himself at Kargo over 6 years ago as one of its first 20 employees. A data-driven business executive, Neal manages the financial health & business operations at the company. He has helped Kargo navigate its record growth & its investments into new markets & products, & has helped scale it profitably as a boot-strapped business from 20 to 275 people.
Previously, Neal worked at RBS as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance group. Prior to RBS, he worked at CB Insights, a data services startup, where his analysis on VC funding trends was featured on CNET, ReadWriteWeb, Xconomy & other news sources. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where has was awarded the Wharton Entrepreneurial Intern Fellowship for his dedication to the entrepreneurial field.
He lives in New York City, a new resident of Brooklyn. Aside from moonlighting as a Bollywood dancer, he enjoys mentoring & teaching. He has served as a guest lecturer at Columbia University, an instructor at General Assembly, & an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
