Krutika Shetty (https://www.linkedin.com/in/krutika-shetty-28204526/) is a Software Engineer on the merchandising team based in New York. At eBay, her day-to-day tasks includes working with teams to define & improve various recommendation & personalization systems. She is a passionate developer, & enjoys working on data science & machine learning problems.

Miwa Takaki (https://www.linkedin.com/in/miwatakaki/) is a Sr. Technical Product Manager for the Algorithmic Merchandising team at eBay. She is passionate about diversity & inclusion, & leads philanthropy & university recruiting for the NY office in addition to starting her own non-profit program to help students from underrepresented backgrounds land their first jobs in tech. Miwa has an MBA from Cornell Tech, M.S. from Columbia, & a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Economics from Northwestern University.

Susan Threadgill (https://www.linkedin.com/in/susan-threadgill) is a Technical Product Manager on the Merchandising team at eBay. She collaborates with engineering teams in NY & Portland to further develop the front-end platform that powers all algorithmic merchandising recommendations placements across eBay's multi-channel products through designing & executing A/B testing. She co-leads eBay Women-In-Technology (eWIT) for the NY office & is a makeup enthusiast.

Anushka Jadhav (https://www.linkedin.com/in/anushkajadhav/) is a Backend Software Engineer at eBay. She collaborates with design & engineering teams in NY, SJC & Portland to revamp & execute on initiatives around the homepage. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking & is working on a recipe generator to share recipes with friends & family. Anushka has a MS in Computer Science from NYU & a BS from Mumbai University.
