EVENT DETAILS
When was the last time you took time to do something nice for yourself? If you're like many people, you might find that you've been too busy to get a full night of sleep, to cook yourself a good meal, or to take time to relax. In other words, many of us may find that we don't make enough time to practice self-care. However, self-care is an important way of maintaining our well-being & allowing us to be more resilient in the face of stress. If done correctly, self care can be the key to a successful career.
Join us at Winning Women: From Self Care to Self Made for a 1 hour panel discussion with women practicing & prioritizing self care on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, from 6pm to 8pm at WeWork Penn Station. Entrepreneurs, coaches & startups will share all they have learned along their self care journey & will share what self care should mean to you. As always, there will be plenty of time to network, connect & make new friends!
Winning Women, launched in 2017 by Cynthia Hellen, is a monthly event series empowering women to effect change in society at all levels: as an individual, community member, professional, student & entrepreneur. At Winning Women, women share their lessons learned to an audience that ranges from 20-60s year old female & males who are eager to learn how to become better leaders, start a business, or juggle their passion project & day job.
