I'm excited to host Nesrine Changuel for the launch of her new book Product Delight!
We'll meet IN-PERSON at Intuit's HQ in Mountain View & also stream the talk & Q&A via Zoom for remote attendees, so there are separate tickets for each. I'll send the Zoom link the morning of the event to everyone who has registered for a Zoom ticket on TicketLeap.
At our event, each in-person attendee will receive a free copy of Nesrine's new book Product Delight. And Nesrine will sign your book for you!
Too many products compete only on features & functionality. But customers don't just buy & use products-they form emotional connections with them.
In her talk, Nesrine will share advice from her book on:
Why delight is the secret ingredient that separates good products from great ones
How emotional connection drives customer loyalty & advocacy
Practical techniques to design experiences that delight
Real-world examples of companies that win by standing out emotionally
How to apply these lessons to your own product strategy & roadmap
Join us for an informative & engaging session! If you join in person, there will be dinner & networking before the talk & more networking after the talk.
