Nicolas Vandenberghe, co-founder & CEO of Chili Piper
Nicolas Vandenberghe is the co-founder & CEO of Chili Piper, a SaaS platform helping B2B companies double their inbound conversion rates. Nicolas & his co-founder & wife Alina bootstrapped Chili Piper & passed $2M in annual recurring revenue before attracting $3M in seed funding in 2019. This year's $33 million B round brought the company's total financing to $54 million. Today, Chili Piper is used by Spotify, Airbnb, Shopify, Intuit, Square, Twilio, RingCentral & more than 1000+ companies worldwide for multiple use cases, from connecting qualified web visitors to sales representatives instantly to managing subsequent customer meetings. Since its founding in 2016, the SaaS platform has thrived with a 100% remote work culture.
Nicolas is a four-time serial entrepreneur, in diverse verticals from consumer software to biometrics. One of his companies, Delean Vision, later acquired by Morpho SAS, provided a breakthrough face recognition technology now used in border control all over the world. Nicolas held both the CIO & VP Sales positions at Telecom startup LightSquared, where he negotiated billion-dollar deals with companies like Google. He is also the founder & CEO of KosmoTime, a smart calendar. A native of Paris, Nicolas has an MBA from Stanford University & a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the prestigious French institution Ecole Polytechnique.
