Joshua Cordero serves as a coach & trainer for a 60-person sales team at Impact, a marketing technology company. He helps them strategize on specific paths to hit their goals & works with them to develop the skills needed to reach them, as well as how to measure their continuous measure & evaluate their progress. At every company he has worked for, Joshua has coached & trained their sales teams. From reinforcing advanced sales skills with experienced AEs to teaching basic sales concepts to new SDRs. Those who have been taught by Joshua have seen themselves increase their sales & grow into major individual contributors.

Alea Homison is responsible for the development, acceleration, & optimization of talent across the sales & service organization. Alea specializes in building sales enablement programs for organizations focused on growth & scalability. She has developed & managed a variety of high performing teams throughout her career which spans sales, sales strategy, client service, corporate strategy, & investment banking. Alea holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School & a B.S. in Risk Management & Business from Gannon University
