John is currently the president of MUCIFER Labs, a brand strategy, creative, & content consultancy based in New York. We have clients in cybersecurity, fashion, artisanal coffee, & disaster readiness.
Deschner brings more than 20 years experience in the industry, including time as Global Managing Director of Conde Nast's CNX agency, Chief Innovation Officer, TBWA/Chiat/Day LA, & CEO of Ogilvy Malaysia.
He has worked on top brands in CPG (P&G, LIFEWTR, Coca Cola), entertainment (Disney, ESPN), automotive (VW, Nissan) , tech (Google, Microsoft, Snap) & QSR (Domino's, Taco Bell).
Xavier Teo, Executive Creative Director
Xavier is currently based in New York, where he recently worked on The New Yorker's first brand campaign for Cond Nast. He has also worked on high-profile brand launches for Taco Bell (Ronald McDonald loves Taco Bell breakfast), global brand campaign for Budweiser, YouTube product launches, & rebranding of Dr. Pepper.
In 2018 he spearheaded Budweiser's World Cup global campaign which made them the most talked about brand during the World Cup, over Nike & Adidas. He was also the creative director for the NBC Winter Olympics project where he produced the Emmy winning Super Bowl commercials featuring top athletes like Shaun White & Lindsey Vonn.
Xavier has more than 18 years of experience as a Creative Director & has worked for top agencies in the world, including Anomaly, Deutsch LA, Co: Collective, Ogilvy, & Modernista!
