The Welcome Conference is where people come together to be inspired & energized by the power of hospitality. We believe that living a life of hospitality has a positive impact on ourselves & society. It empowers each of us to deliver happiness to the people around us-in both our personal & professional lives.
The annual conference is an immersive, engaging & provocative day-long program, where people passionate about hospitality gather, connect & hear from leaders in their fields. We've welcomed nearly 100 speakers to date, like Jon Batiste, Simon Sinek & Danny Meyer.
We are so excited to announce that The Welcome Conference is coming back to NYC at Alice Tully Hall on Monday, September 18th.
This year, rather than a theme, we put together a group of extraordinary people to join us on stage & speak to some of the most relevant topics in hospitality today. We'll tackle ideas like the nobility of service, the importance of perspective, the transformative power of altruism, the pursuit of happiness through learning to be anti-fragile, & how at the end of the day we all need one another to achieve our greatest potential.
