About our Guest: Virginie Raphael is a Principal & early-stage investor at Tusk Ventures where she brings a deep understanding & expertise in managing the constantly evolving policy & media landscape startups face. Virginie is responsible for sourcing early-stage investment opportunities in highly regulated industries, evaluating potential new & follow on investments, & executing transactions. She also oversees the Fund's operations & supports Tusk's portfolio companies by leveraging the firm's communications & regulatory & political experts. Prior to Tusk, Virginie was a Vice President in Public Finance at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital.
