EVENT DETAILS
One of the most valuable additions to your team - especially when fundraising - is your advisory board. One of the most common questions entrepreneurs ask is how should we compensate advisors?. This panel, made up of entrepreneurs & investors, will discuss the importance of advisors, with particular emphasis on the fundraising phase. Panelists will also suggest fair approaches to handling compensation that can be used when negotiating advisor contracts. Advisors can add tremendous value to the trajectory of a startup, however they need to be kept motivated. Please join us to explore strategies that work & those that don't.
This panel is generously sponsored by Merrill Lynch & Orrick.
