Mikhail Agency is a creative studio based in New York & Los Angeles. The team creates bold, cinematic campaigns at the intersection of fashion, tech, & culture with work ranging from the energy-generating footwear at Gaian, to celebrity shoots for GQ, & product launches for Sony & Glowforge.
While the studio began with a strong focus on product, its recent work has shifted toward real people & lived experience. That shift came into full view with Amway, where Mikhail helped tell human stories that reframed the brand in a more honest, personal light. From local spots like The Canyon in Los Angeles to global names, Mikhail Agency blends visual polish with cultural edge.

George Mikhail is a filmmaker, storyteller, & founder of Mikhail Agency. Based in New York, he often travels to Los Angeles, where he grew up. His work has helped raise over $250 million through investment, preorders, & crowdfunding campaigns, including one that generated $28 million in 30 days. Rooted in the belief that story comes before spectacle, George focuses on building brand narratives that move people & shift perception. Outside of client work, he is a documentary photographer drawn to quiet, human moments. That same approach runs through everything he creates.
