Lerer Hipeau is an early-stage venture capital fund based in New York City. The firm is focused on funding various startup stages from the seed capital phase to Series C. They seek entrepreneurs with product vision, consumer insight, focused execution, & unwavering ambition. Stephanie is Lerer Hippeau's Director of Platform, working closely with the investment team & founders to forge community & connections across their portfolio & within the broader New York tech ecosystem. Before joining, Stephanie led talent, events, & community for enterprise tech venture capital firm Work-Bench. She started her career at AppNexus, where she worked on the talent acquisition team & helped grow the company from 300 to 1100 employees. She is an alumna of Colgate University, where she studied political science.
