ALAN PATRICOF
Co-Founder & Chairperson, Primetime Partners
Alan J. Patricof is the co-founder & chairperson of Primetime Partners, an early-stage venture capital fund focused on servicing the aging population. A longtime innovator & advocate for venture capital, he entered the industry in its formative days with the creation of Patricof & Co. Ventures, a predecessor to Apax Partners - today, one of the world's leading private equity firms, with $75 billion under management. In 2006, he founded Greycroft Partners, a venture capital firm where he is currently chairman emeritus, to invest in leading early- & expansion-stage investments in digital media. With offices in New York & Los Angeles, Greycroft has $2B+ under management.
With a career of more than 50 years in venture capital, Patricof has been instrumental in growing the venture capital field from a base of high-net-worth individuals to its position today with broad institutional backing, as well as playing a key role in the essential legislative initiatives that have guided its evolution. He has helped build & foster the growth of numerous major global companies, including, among others, America Online, Office Depot, Cadence Systems, Cellular Communications, Apple Computer, FORE Systems, NTL, lntraLinks, Audible, Huffington Post, & Axios. He was also a founder & chairman of the Board of New York magazine, which later acquired The Village Voice & New West magazine. He recently released his memoir, No Red Lights: Reflections on Life, 50 Years in Venture Capital & Never Driving Alone, detailing his life & career in VC, PE, politics, philanthropy, & more.

Jonathan Ehrlich

Jonathan is CEO of T2D2, an artificial intelligence asset inspection software platform used by engineers, architects, & building owners to make their inspection workflow faster, cheaper, & more accurate. Previously, he was co-founder of Lightning Capital, a vertically integrated technology-focused real estate company. Other roles include director of strategy, corporate development & partnerships at ButterflyMX, director of budget & risk management for the $4 billion project to replace the Tappan Zee Bridge, & special assistant to the chairman of the New York State Thruway Authority.
Jonathan also serves as a director at large of UJA's Young Leaders Executive Committee & on the Caring Department Isolation to Inclusion Committee, Aging Workgroup. He is a member of the Jewish Federations of North America's National Young Leadership Cabinet. He is a past chair of the UJA Observership Program & previously served as a board observer of the New Jewish Home. Jonathan holds a B.A. from Tufts University & an M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business.
Beth R. Finkel
State Director AARP New York
As state director of AARP New York, Beth R. Finkel leads the most visible & successful organization in the state advocating for New York's 50-plus population. Beth guides AARP's powerful lobbying efforts on behalf of its over 2.2 million New York members & their families, which have led to historic New York State reforms, including passage of the Secure Choice Savings, CARE Act, Assisted Living Protections, Anti-Predatory Lending, Paid Family Leave, Affordable Housing & Right to Counsel legislation, Master Plan for Aging, bills on Kincare, & groundbreaking state legislation to improve nursing home conditions, ban utility shutoffs, & allow for universal absentee voting.
A native New Yorker, Beth holds a Master of Social Work from Yeshiva University in community organizing & a Bachelor of Science from American University in business administration. She & her husband live in Manhattan.
David Finkelstein

David is an IT professional with over 30 years of healthcare IT experience in post-acute care. He is involved in IT strategic planning, IT infrastructure, desktop & application support, project management, vendor selection, cybersecurity, risk management, strategic outsourcing, digital transformation, & team building. As CIO of RiverSpring Living, he is responsible for the oversight of all enterprise-wide IT, cybersecurity, & telecommunications functions, & for administering grant funding for interesting technology projects to best serve the staff & residents, patients, & members we serve.

Dr. Joyce Fogel is involved in community outreach, engagement, & education, spearheading numerous efforts to allow older adults to be more educated consumers of healthcare. She has been practicing geriatric medicine for more than 35 years in urban areas of New York. She joined Beth Israel in 2010 as division chief of Geriatrics. Prior, she was division chief & geriatrician at St Vincent's Hospital. She maintains an outpatient practice at a comprehensive geriatric program providing care to healthy older adults as well as ongoing care & management of chronic illness in the frail elderly
Throughout her career, she has been involved with program development & teaching. Her clinical interests include dementia, delirium, & polypharmacy & focusing on individualized care addressing each person's unique needs & goals. Joyce is a fellow of the American College of Physicians & the American Geriatrics Society. She attended Sophie Davis School for Biomedical Education at City College of the City University of New York & then received her M.D. from SUNY Downstate. She completed her residency in internal medicine at SUNY Downstate-Kings County where she also served as chief resident, followed by a two-year fellowship in geriatrics at New York University Hospital - Bellevue Hospital Center.
Kathryn Haslanger
Chief Executive Office, JASA
Kathryn Haslanger leads JASA, one of New York's leading providers of aging services, reaching 43,000 older adults with social, recreational, health, housing, cultural & educational services.
Kathryn came to JASA from the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where she was responsible for devising the organization's community benefit strategy & developing new community initiatives, including a state-designated health home to serve high-need Medicaid beneficiaries. In addition, she oversaw the organization's fundraising & volunteer activities. Kathryn previously worked at Maimonides Medical Center, where she was responsible for identifying & developing program & research opportunities to improve the quality & safety of care for patients with multiple chronic illnesses. Before coming to Maimonides, she directed the United Hospital Fund of New York's analytic work in Medicaid, health insurance coverage, & primary care & coordinated the voluntary community's efforts to enroll 340,000 New Yorkers in Disaster Relief Medicaid in the wake of September 11th. Kathryn began her career in the City's Human Resources Administration, where she was responsible for Medicaid home care & community-based services for older adults & people with disabilities.
Trained in law & policy analysis, Kathryn has honors degrees from Brown University, Boston College Law School, & Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. She is a board member of The Commonwealth Fund, the Human Services Council, & the New York e-Health Collaborative.
Stuart Kaplan
CEO, Selfhelp Community Services
A forward-thinking executive with extensive experience in healthcare administration, Stuart provides strategic, fiscal, & operational stewardship for nonprofit, health, human services, & affordable housing organizations.
Stuart's commitment to the wider New York community is shown by his committee & board participation in many service organizations. In 2023, he was appointed to the New York State Master Plan on Aging Stakeholder Advisory Committee. He served on the Board of Directors of LeadingAge New York, where he was president of the state-wide Housing Cabinet. Stuart is active in LeadingAge, Washington, D.C., where he serves on the Center for Aging Services Technology (CAST). He is an ardent advocate for the development of senior housing with services models & is immediate past treasurer of the Board of the Global Ageing Network. Locally, Stuart co-chaired UJA's Federation Agency Executive Network. He was executive vice president at St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children, serving children with special healthcare needs & terminal illnesses. Stuart holds a master's in business administration from Bernard M. Baruch College & is a past president of Bernard M. Baruch College/Mount Sinai School of Medicine Health Care Administration Alumni Association.
Ruth Raskas
Entrepreneurial Leader
Ruth has led growth & operational teams for over 20 years in health care & not-for-profit organizations. She can see a vision, identify new growth areas, & implement pathways to optimize performance & bring expertise in data, analytics, & technology to drive efficiencies, improve outcomes, & reduce cost. Ruth is passionate about driving organizational change management that is critical for transformation.
In May Ruth will become president & COO of LiveWell Partners, a network of home care providers. Most recently, she was the inaugural chief growth officer at UJA-Federation, where she was responsible for creating a new department comprising systems, data, & analytics to optimize UJA's portfolio, including fundraising, grantmaking, & new models of digital engagement. Prior to working in the not-for-profit space, Ruth spent 20 years in health care. She was responsible for driving innovation for Anthem (now Elevance Health), leading market strategy for Anthem's Artificial Intelligence Unit. She led the introduction of digital products, including telehealth, into the physician market & helped open Anthem's Israel office to establish a pipeline of healthcare technology to bring to the U.S.
Ruth has served on multiple boards for over two decades. She also serves as a judge for the Arch Grants Startup Competition. In addition, Ruth is a member of the Advisory Board of MDIHealth. Ruth received her A.B. from Harvard College & her J.D. from Georgetown University Law School.
Eleonora Tornatore-Mikesh
President & CEO, CaringKind
With nearly two decades of experience in senior living & health care, Eleonora Tornatore-Mikesh has revolutionized long-term care, residential living, & memory care centers throughout her career. As a former CEO of the Alzheimer's Association's Connecticut Chapter, Eleonora achieved significant milestones during her 7+ years at the helm. Under her transformative leadership, she more than doubled the organization's revenue & spearheaded statewide dementia training initiatives that reached over 140 facilities, all in collaboration with the Department of Labor.
Beyond her operational achievements, Eleonora has been a trailblazer in early-stage care. Her drive led to the creation of a statewide early-stage group, while also securing much-needed funding for the state. Fully dedicated to enriching knowledge & improving industry standards, Eleonora held the position of chairperson at the Connecticut Assisted Living Association (CALA), where she developed an Executive Director course with a comprehensive, statewide curriculum.
Earning well-deserved recognition, Eleonora has been named to the 2021, 2022, & 2023 City & State Health Care Power List 100. Currently, as president & CEO of CaringKind, Eleonora continues to break new ground in Alzheimer's caregiving.
