Michelle Poole became President, Crocs in September 2020 & has oversight of the Americas, Asia & EMEA regions, as well as Product, Merchandising, & Marketing. Prior to this, she served as Crocs' Executive Vice President, Chief Product & Merchandising Officer.
Ms. Poole has more than 28 years of experience & proven success developing leading global fashion & lifestyle brands including Sperry Top-Sider, Timerland, Kangol, Converse, MTV Europe & Pepe Jeans where she had a range of marketing, merchandising & product management roles. Since 2018, Ms. Poole has served on the board of Pact, a privately held apparel brand based in Boulder, CO.
Amid a global pandemic in 2020, Crocs delivered the strongest revenue in brand history by prioritizing authentic relationships & creating an emotional connection through product & marketing. Crocs remains focused on driving sustainable, profitable growth for years to come.
