Caren Maio is the CEO & Co-Founder of Nestio, the industry's leading leasing & marketing software for multifamily professionals. Prior to Nestio, Caren lent her business expertise to corporate sales positions at powerhouse brands Nike & The Wall Street Journal. Caren graduated from New York University. She has been named one of the 3 Female Entrepreneurs to Look Out For by Metro & one of the 15 Women to Watch in Tech bycom.
Jack Ryan
REX Real Estate, CEO & Co-founder
Jack Ryan is CEO & Co-Founder of REX. REX is the digital alternative to the residential real estate agent. REX does everything the traditional agent does but replaces much of the activities with data. REX uses big data, artificial intelligence & machine learning to sell homes for 2%, rather than the traditional 6%, with a better customer experience & faster closings. Jack is a former partner at Goldman Sachs. After the firm went public, he went on to teach high school on the south side of Chicago. Jack then founded 22nd Century Media & has been a first-round investor in many successful companies including K12.com. Jack graduated from Dartmouth & holds a JD/MBA from Harvard.
Zack Aarons
MetaProp, Co-founder & Partner
Zach Aarons has been working at the intersection of real estate & venture capital for the past decade. Zach is the most active early-stage PropTech investor in the United States, having funded over 60 startups in the space as an individual as well as 40 startups (and counting) through MetaProp NYC's venture capital funds. In addition to early-stage investing, Zach has worked on large scale mixed-use development projects in cities like Boston & Los Angeles with Millennium Partners. He has experience with real estate development, commercial asset management, property marketing, & commercial leasing.
