About the Speakers
Lennon Rubin
Lennon Rubin is the owner of Smooth Conversion, an e-commerce strategy & conversion rate optimization agency. He helps the fastest growing e-commerce companies generate more sales & increase average order value by utilizing email marketing, digital analytics, & A/B testing.
Smooth Conversion's clients include L'Oreal Paris, Plated, & Foreign Policy Magazine.
Before Smooth Conversion, Lennon was a full stack web developer helping startups build prototypes, demos, & MVPs. He also plays bass & DJs with Ableton Live & Serato.
Lukas Thoms
Lukas is a Product Manager for Squarespace's Commerce Merchandising team, where he focuses on building tools to help merchants tell their stories & sell more products & was previously a product manager at wedding commerce platform Zola.com. Before moving into product management, Lukas had a successful career as an e-commerce buyer & merchandiser at various startups, including Fab.com. He's also written about e-commerce for Tech In Asia & OneZero, & lives in Brooklyn with his dog Odin.
