Great culture isn't a given and can make or break a job or a company. As women in a male dominated field, finding the right culture fit and negotiating team dynamics is particularly important.
Join us for two talks, Cultivating Culture from Within (by Holding Space for Difference) by Tanea Flanders, Head of Learning & Development at Columbia University, and Communicating Culture Effectively Throughout the Hiring Process by Jamie Hooker, Director of Talent at SeatGeek. They will be joined by Elise Runde Voss, CEO of UpScored, and Lyle Payne Morgan Smith, Data Scientist at Buzzfeed, for a panel discussion, adding their experience hiring for data scientists and working on data-driven teams.
From job hunter to team leader, join us for talks, small group discussion, and networking - all focused on team culture.
N.B. Ticket sales end Friday, November 11th at 6pm.
