A little over a year ago, Claude Code heralded the Agentic Age. And in January the field blew up with OpenClaw. Now, with more advanced models & new & improved Agentic Harnesses like Hermes, OpenClaw, Codex, Deepseek Harness, Grok Bot, & Claude Code/Cowork, the field is exploding.
At the same time, Open Source models, primarily from China, have made tremendous progress in coding & agentic processes.
So the question we will answer on Sep 9 is: Can we get at least the same level of agentic performance from cheaper Open Weight models as we had from the commercial frontier models 8 months ago, which was already pretty good? Do we need the frontier to run our agents?
And we'll dive into the various Open Source models, both cloud & local.
Or we might wind up talking about Grok Bot. Who knows? Hoping that everyone will share their personal & technical experience with the Agentic Age so far.
