Join us Wednesday evening, June 26 in our exciting new space at Civic Hall in Union Square for an outstanding panel of VCs & AI professionals to discuss the latest trends in VC financing for AI companies! We will be digging into the rapidly-evolving AI investment landscape & the strategies & opportunities for founders that are looking to close on VC financing while building their AI startups.

The evening will include ample networking time for attendees to broaden their connections within the VC & AI community.

Bradley Tusk, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Tusk Venture Partners
Bradley Tusk is a venture capitalist, political strategist, philanthropist & writer. He is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Tusk Venture Partners, the first & only venture capital firm dedicated to investing in early-stage technology companies operating in highly regulated markets, & an active investor in AI companies. He is the founder of political consulting firm Tusk Strategies. Bradley is a twice-published author & writes columns in a wide variety of outlets, hosts a podcast called Firewall about the intersection of tech & politics, & is the co-founder of the Gotham Book Prize. He owns an independent bookstore, podcast studio, & event space P&T Knitwear on Manhattan's Lower East Side. He is also an adjunct professor at Columbia Business School.

Paula Brancato, Brancato Consultancy
Paula Brancato is a value creation consultant for tech CEOs & executives who advises on the development & integration of AI-based solutions. Her expertise derives from service as a CEO/CFO, plus hundreds of companies she has helped grow & fund. A Harvard MBA, she's worked at Mass Mutual, Deloitte&Touche, McKinsey&Company, Morgan Stanley & The World Bank. Brancato facilitated the NY Tech Alliance CEO roundtable. She also created & runs the Harvard Club's Artificial Intelligence group, a salon-style, thinktank dedicated to AI literacy & showcasing positive, forward-thinking applied AI. Brancato is a sought-after speaker on AI, business & financial management with Ted Talks for McKinsey, Harvard Law alums, HCNY, SACCNY, Harvard OPM & Stanford's entrepreneurship program.

Prabhdeep Singh, Partner, Armory Square Ventures
Prabhdeep Singh is an Operating Partner at Armory Square Ventures. ASV works closely with it's portfolio to help them leverage AI & is an active investor in AI-focused B2B marketplace & SaaS companies. Prior to ASV, he was the Chief Growth Officer at Clover Health where he oversaw the company's membership growth & expansion of its service areas & provider network. Prior to Clover, he was the Global Head of Marketplace at WeWork where he led the development & growth of its digital platform & emerging products & services. Prabhdeep has also held a number of leadership roles at Uber, including the Head of Enterprise & General Manager of several markets for Uber Eats. He began his career in finance, holding roles at Morgan Stanley, the Partnership Fund for New York City, a $170M VC fund based in NYC, & GLG. He earned a BA from Boston College & lives with his wife & two children in Brooklyn.

As Managing Partner of the 10-person Ellis Law Group (ELG), Paul Ellis represents companies at all stages of their life cycles, as well as funds & angel investors. Clients choose Paul to negotiate complex business matters & provide sophisticated, strategic legal advice for establishing, financing, operating & exiting highly successful, & often rapidly-growing, companies. His experience spans multiple industries including software/SaaS, AI, fintech, blockchain/crypto, digital media, e-commerce & healthcare. Paul is a co-founder & board member of NY Tech Alliance & organizes its events on legal issues for early-stage companies. Paul began his legal career at two major NY law firms, but given his entrepreneurial nature, he left big law to establish ELG, which has been ranked by Chambers among the top 15 small & medium-sized firms in NY for corporate law.
